If one lives with a happy mind, 90% of illnesses will go away.
Eating and exercising are important for health, but above all, taking care of one's mind is crucial.
If we were to prioritize, food and exercise account for only 20%, while taking care of your mind accounts for 80%.
When you think you have happy and have positive thoughts, T lymphocytes (T cells), a type of immune cell, actively function.
However, if you continue to harbor negative thoughts or emotions such as
*envy,
*jealousy,
*anger,
*hatred,
*resentment and fear, complaint,
*discouragement, despair, worry,
*inability to forgive, and anxiety,
the T lymphocytes in your body mutate. Instead of killing cancer cells or pathogens, they attack your own body, causing inflammation and disease.
This is called an 'autoimmune disease.'
Professor Robert Zahn of Princeton University in the United States published research findings state: "The mind is composed of extremely fine particles, identical to physical particles. When existing as particles, they are confined to a certain space. However, when their properties change to waves, they can transcend time and space."
The human mind possesses the properties of energy, influencing other substances and living organisms. When cultivating cancer cells, he found that mind control, telling himself to "return to normal cells," inhibited cancer cell growth by 40%.
Professor Gates concluded through various experiments as follows:
When the mind is filled with negative emotions such as anger, sadness, anxiety, fear, hatred, and resentment, the body produces highly toxic substances, even more potent than snake venom.
In the case of venomous snakes, they possess venom sacs that store their venom, allowing them to safely expel it without harming themselves.
However, humans lack this structure, so the venom they produce accumulates within their bodies. These toxic substances circulate throughout the body, and when they reach a vulnerable area, they can cause various mutations and lead to various diseases.
For example, Sam Shuman was diagnosed with liver cancer and given only a few months to live. However, this was a misdiagnosis.
Nevertheless, he died.
An autopsy revealed that. he did not die from liver cancer, but rather from the negative thoughts that he would not live long due to the cancer.
*Emotional conflict,
*Resentment toward the world,
*Self-inflicted anger,
*His own anger,
and other factors rapidly deteriorated his health, leading to his sudden death.
Long ago, in the 16th century, we found ourselves nodding in agreement with the words of Heo Jun, a renowned Korean physician, who wrote in the famed Oriental Medicine Book, Donguibogam: "When the mind is distracted, illness arises, and when the mind is at peace, the existing illness naturally improves."
The "Eight-Eigh Theory": Even 2,300 to 2,500 years ago, when the average lifespan was less than 30 years, ancient Chinese thinkers possessed wisdom, a keen understanding of life, and a relatively strong sense of self. They enjoyed longevity at the time as follows:
*Xunzi (60 years old),
*Confucius (73 years old),
*Mozi (79 years old),
*Zhuangzi (80 years old),
*Mencius (83 years old),
*Laozi (100 years old), etc.
Their longevity was not due to eating well or exercising heavily, but rather to the careful management of their minds.
Research in neurocardiology also suggests that the best way to maintain optimal health is to maintain a constant "heart of gratitude."
According to statistics, one in two patients visiting an internal medicine clinic suffers from a mental illness, and 80% of these patients attribute their illness to "family discord."
In conclusion, the reason mind control has become so important in health management is that our bodies are designed to be influenced by our mental state, regardless of our genetic makeup. Therefore, changes in the mind directly translate into changes in the body.
Again, therefore, even in modern medicine, it is widely accepted that healing the body requires healing the mind first.
A healthy mind and a positive mindset are essential to preventing physical illness.
