“Croatia is one of the most beautiful countries in Europe. We have a very rich cultural and historical heritage which is part of the UNESCO collection,” said Kristjan Stanicic, director of the Croatian National Tourist Board (CNTB) on Sept. 26.
At the Croatia Workshop Seoul 2025 held at Seoul Pullman Hotel, Kristjan Stanicic said, ”We have eight national parks boasting of really beautiful nature. We have astonishing and very diverse gastronomy. And I have to say, for example, that we have the best olive oils in the world.‘’

He stressed, “In the world, we are the most safest country. I would emphasize that Croatia has so many diversity, so many beautiful destinations and globally famous historical regions and the best olive oil in the world.”
The Croatian National Tourist Board (CNTB) is a national tourist organization founded with the aim of creating and promoting the identity and reputation of Croatian tourism domestically and internationally.
CNTB activities include both planning and implementing the promotional strategy, as well as proposing and implementing promotional activities that are of common interest to all stakeholders in the Croatian tourism industry, with the aim of enhancing the overall quality of Croatia's tourism offering.

Damir Kusen, ambassador of Croatia to Korea, also attended the workshop and delivered an opening speech.
Noting that T'Way Air is operating direct flights from Zagreb to Seoul linking Croatia and South Korea, he said. ‘’A steady flow of passengers is ensured through major airports and hubs across Europe and Asia. During the summer season flight schedule, Croatia is directly connected to 42 foreign countries, i.e., international cities - mostly from Europe."
Amb. Damir Kusen added, "Positioned in Southeast Europe, Croatia is a Mediterranean country, highly geographically diverse, crescent-shaped, along the Adriatic Sea."
