The Eurasian Economic Forum was held in Minsk from June 27 to 28, reaffirming Belarus’s role as a central venue for strategic Eurasian dialogue. The high-level international gathering has brought together heads of government, senior officials, business leaders, and experts from across the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and key partner countries.
In his opening address, President of the Republic of Belarus, H.E. Aleksandr Lukashenko, emphasized the importance of building a multipolar, just world order based on equal cooperation and mutual respect.
The Head of Belarusian state called on participants to unite efforts in confronting global challenges and ensuring sustainable economic development across the Eurasian space.
The Forum’s agenda included a wide range of issues such as industrial cooperation, digital transformation, transport and logistics, food security, energy connectivity, and strengthening trade ties with external partners. Over 1,000 participants from more than 20 countries are taking part in plenary sessions, expert panels, and business networking events.
Notably, this year’s Forum featured the participation of heads of government from EAEU member states, including Belarus as the host country, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia, as well as delegations from countries such as China, India, and Vietnam.
The Eurasian Economic Forum 2025 highlights Belarus’s commitment to regional integration and dialogue as a foundation for shared growth and prosperity in Greater Eurasia.
