The Chungnam Culture and Tourism Foundation (CCTF) will partner with the Slovak Embassy in Korea to expand cultural and tourism exchanges.
The foundation held a "Cultural and Tourism Exchange and Cooperation Declaration Ceremony" with Slovak Ambassador to Korea Marek Repovsk at the Chungnam Culture and Arts Seoul Exhibition Center (CN Gallery) in Jongno-gu, Seoul on Aug. 7.

This declaration, based on the strategic partnership and mutual respect between the two countries, aims to ▲encourage cultural and artistic exchanges, ▲support the development of convergent cultural and tourism content, and ▲establish a sustainable cooperative system.
Furthermore, the opening ceremony of the international cultural exchange special exhibition "Resonance" was held that day. Eight artists from the second Chungnam Creative Studio residency program and two Slovakian artists will participate, showcasing a variety of contemporary art, including media, sculpture, installation, and painting.
The exhibition showcases how different cultures and histories communicate through the common language of contemporary art, and explores the potential for Chungnam artists to advance on the international stage.
CEO Lee Ki-jin stated, "Through this declaration and exhibition, we will promote Chungnam's outstanding art to the world and strengthen international promotion and cooperation in anticipation of the 2025-2026 Visit Chungnam Year."
